In most of the cases it’s a mix of us
– Being influenceable and lost vs being anchored in our own authenticity and being confident we will create the future we aspire for
– Being stressed and contained vs feeling lighter and expressing serenity and spontaneity while interacting with others
– Being extreme and rigid vs opting for a balanced perspective and being inclusive of others and of their contribution
– Being individualistic and opportunistic vs being a force for good and a transformation agent within the broader community
In these challenging COVID times, we’re even more confronted with these dilemmas. Solving them is foundational to live a better, more fulfilling life and to achieve our potential as a person. If we want to achieve our potential as a leader, we’ll also need to lead individuals, teams and our organization, business unit or function towards success; and we’ll need to manage effectively the attraction of talent, their on-boarding, development, retention and off-boarding.
Stay tuned as every other week I’ll share insights about how to achieve our potential as a person and as a leader.
