As HumaPos’ coaches and mentors we are certified professionals who have demonstrated the ability to successfully transform ourselves, to lead high performing international teams and to coach and mentor leaders, leadership teams and organizations who stepped up and strive in global and digital environments.
HumaPos was founded when Olivier Hertoghe decided that he would convert his corporate career at the end of March 2020. As Chief People Officer of the successful global technology scale-up businesses of The Fork – LaFourchette and of TripAdvisor Restaurants, Olivier is at his best when assessing, coaching and mentoring leaders and leadership teams. He has also been acting as Chief Culture Officer and driving scalable coaching and training programs that give him access to a unique network of independent professionals who know what real human transformation and impact look like. This network will ensure consistent delivery of solutions to a wide range of organizations. On this website you’ll discover two team members out of a network with a dozen professionals across the globe.

He has spent three years, until the end of March 2020, as Chief People Officer at The Fork – LaFourchette and TripAdvisor Restaurants with a highly engaged global HR team of more than 30 people.
