Assessment is used to increase self-awareness of the current and desired functioning of a leader, a leadership team or an organizational culture. We are certified assessors of the most market relevant tools and are able to effectively coach leaders and teams in order for them to interpret the results of the reports in a way that accelerates reflection and initiates transformation. Our certifications include LCP & GLP, the individual assessment tools of The Leadership Circle (TLC), resp. Global Leadership Associates; CLA & Team Diagnostic, the team assessment tools of TLC, resp. Team Coaching International; and CVA, the organizational culture assessment of Barrett Values Centre.

Coaching is at the heart of our activity. When we coach senior leaders, high potentials or leadership teams, we focus on the essence of who they are and we enable them to radically transform by staying true to themselves, by processing some counter-productive beliefs and emotions and by exploring new perspectives and possibilities. Our certifications include co-active leadership and co-active coaching delivered by CTI (Co-Active Training Institute), organization and relationship systems coaching (ORSC) delivered by CRR Global as well as Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC) by ICF.

Mentoring is a powerful way of transmitting expertise and best practices related to f. ex. effective individual and collective leadership, and successful change management like the implementation of an organizational culture change. We are experienced leaders of high performing international teams in high-pace transformational environments, in both start-ups and scale-ups and in multinationals. We are experienced mentor-coaches who have guided a multitude of leaders, leadership teams and organizations who stepped up and strive in global and digital environments. Most of our programs include a blend of assessment, coaching and mentoring for maximum learning impact.

Opting for a holistic, yet modular approach

When companies strive in today’s world it’s because of the successful combination of three people transformational areas: leaders who create followership and empower their team; leadership teams who operate as sustainable high performing teams with high productivity and positivity; and an organizational culture that fosters both short-term and long-term performance towards all its stakeholders (customers, employees, shareholders, vendors & the broader community). When one of the transformational areas is operating at sub-optimal level, it impacts the performance of the entire organization: this is for example the case when successful individual leaders operate in a sub-optimal collective setting of their leadership team or in a company characterized by a sub-optimal culture and values. We are your guides when it comes to supporting you in one or all three transformational areas. To do so we will use in most of our programs a combination of our three services’ types (assessment, coaching and mentoring): as an example, a CEO who wants to evolve from being an entrepreneur to being a leader, could benefit from a LCP (Leadership Circle Profile) assessment in order to understand how he/she operates and why, from coaching in order to open new perspectives and finally from mentoring in order to gain insights about what it takes to delegate effectively, and to attract and retain highly talented direct reports to whom he/she could delegate.

Examples of how we can support your organization

Individual coaching program for leaders:  multiple state-of-the-art coaches guide your senior leaders and high potentials, with the use of a powerful 360° online individual leadership assessment tool and in 10 coaching sessions, to increase their self-awareness and self-esteem, to increase their positive impact on others and be ready to face bigger challenges and/or to take on bigger roles.

Collective coaching program for a leadership team: we prepare your cross-functional leadership team or functional management teams to face today’s and tomorrow’s challenges and to become a high-performing team. Through a 9 months’ program with an initial team assessment and interviews, a kick-off workshop, regular team coaching sessions, a retake of the initial team assessment and a closing session.

Leadership development program for a group of individual leaders with similar challenges (ex. female leaders or high potentials): we help these leaders to increase their self-awareness and self-esteem, to expand their leadership range and strategic perspective, and to create a sustainable impact. Through a blend of an individual leadership assessment, collective coaching sessions, peer-to-peer mentoring and individual coaching sessions, over a period of 8 months.  

Consulting and coaching of an organization that wishes to enhance its culture: based on an assessment of the current and desired culture, we support you to fine-tune the desired company culture and to plan how to bridge the gap between the desired & current company culture by designing a culture code, strengthening the executive leaders, equipping the culture ambassadors, redefining people processes, changing meetings rituals and measuring progress.
