In my quest to actively contribute to creating more humanity & sustainable performance in the workplace, I’ve been coaching leaders on making emerge strong female attributes like humility & curiosity, vulnerability & compassion, mutual power & inclusion. I support women to stay true to themselves rather than to try to comply with some masculine stereotypes, and I support men to broaden their leadership range. I’ve been searching for a leadership model that embraces this concept. And guess what, I’ve found it! When I attended to a webinar ‘empowering female leaders’, I got intrigued by Shakti Leadership, its oriental roots & the concept of embracing both feminine & masculine powers in business. I’ve bought the book. Its wisdom resonates so much with me. The leaders of the future will be able to blend traditionally feminine capacities such as adaptability, intuition, creativity, patience, empathy, vulnerability & inclusion, and traditionally masculine capacities such as direction, focus, logic, independence, discernment, clarity & assertiveness. The leaders of the past are those men & women who will continue to demonstrate hyper-masculine characteristics that manifest as aggressive, arrogant, insensitive, power-hungry & spiritually empty.
